At Details cleaning, we know that it is sometimes difficult to allow strangers in to clean. That is why we hire very selectively. Personality, presentation, ability to communicate, attitude and commitment are as important as the ability to clean. Background and security checks are done. Our staff is bonded and insured.

Following hiring, thorough training at Details Cleaning is a standard. New staff are trained with a mentor on site as to procedure and standards. Details Cleaning staff need to be very knowledgeable about the products and tools that they use as well as the surfaces they use them on.
